GUAC!!

After two successful batches, i am ready to announce that i officially make the world's BEST guacamole. inspired by chipotle's famous recipe (well, it actually IS chipotle's recipe, just minus one ingredient), this guac will knock you off your feet with every bite. Here's the recipe, serving size is about two people.

1 large Hass avocado, peeled, pitted
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mash up avocado, add lime juice, add all other ingredients and blend. simple. elegant. delicious. chipotle's recipe calls for one serrano chile, seeded and chopped, but we couldn't ever find it, and it didn't make a difference.

Literally, this is amazing.
