More Stats

The Bears are 5-0 for the first time since 1986, and hold the #1 NFL power ranking. They are the sole undefeated team in the NFC. In fact, only Indianapolis currently matches that record, and they certainly haven't been paralleling the Bears' dominance. Rex Grossman deservedly won the league MVP for the first quarter of the season. Robbie Gould has kicked 17 of 17 field goals to set an all-time Bears' record, and is probably the number one points scorer in your fantasy leagues. Thomas Jones recorded his second 100+ yard game of the year while affording double digit carries for Cedric Benson. The team has uncharacteristically passed 80 times for over 1000 yards already. They have outscored their opponents in the last two matches 77-13. Yes, that includes the defending NFC Super Bowl candidate. Further, they have only allowed 36 points all year. Do you believe yet? I do.
