Osama Bin Laden is stil at large
Do we seriously still have to say that? How is this possible? The United States and United Nations are incapable of finding a single human with today's technologies? CIA, Langley, Chloe, and Jack Bauer? No, nothing? Six years ago I still believed that a person could hide as easily in the vast expanse of Earth as someone could find them. In December 2007, I'm not buying that defense. The only possibility I am willing to consider is he's found, and Bush is hiding him to maintain the fear platform of his Presidency. However, even that idea doesn't make sense with no re-election possibility. It would only help his approval rating, and be something for the Republicans to display in 2008. Sadaam was in the middle of nowhere with few people around him, and living underground. You're telling me Osama has a better spot than that, and none of his minions will sell him out for $1M? Baffling.

completely agree. except for the fact that it makes no sense for Bush to hide him because he would want to prove that his administration can do at least one thing right.
interesting topic though. i've been thinking a lot about this tracking idea for a while. I just bought a house from a bank foreclosure. Apparently the previous owner stole someones identity and 'sold' it to himself, then stopped paying the mortgage and the HOA. The bank is now screwed and trying to find him. The interesting part is that I found out the previous owner is in vegas. How is it that I can figure out where he is, but the bank called the FBI and they can't find him? Interesting system we have going...
anyway, that was off topic- but something on my mind...
I love the comment, and find it very appropriate. I bet we could find Osama with Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, Grookster, One World, and whatever other stalking services the web provides before the CIA convinces someone to rat him out. Also agree that Bush has every reason to present the demon, so that argument is out. If anyone can provide reasonable justification for not being able to find a "man" in six years whom produces a monthly videotape, please speak.
Oh, and congrats on your house purchase!
I've heard the bounty is actually $25 million. All the more insulting.
