Happy New Year!
It has been too long since the last post. I assure you it was for lack of time rather than lack of thoughts. Here’s a quick synopsis of what I’ve been pondering:Lloyd Carr can’t win a big game. He rides the coattails of talent to impressive records, but I have never seen him out coach anyone. My recommendation: keep him as an iconic face man head coach for recruiting purposes, but remove everything except “stand on the sideline” from his job description.
Cigarettes are not biodegradable. Where do smokers get off thinking it is OK to just toss their butts on the street? You disgust me almost as much as the people that use a paper towel to open the bathroom door, and then just throw it on the floor.
Flip-Flop Tickets should be a company. It would work where people who want to see the opening band only could exchange tickets with people who only care for the main attraction. You buy two nose bleed tickets and two front tickets and exchange after the opening group. Sure, it will probably be nicknamed “John Kerry Tickets” by the public, but that’s his problem not mine.
New Year’s Eve is a classy holiday. No girls should be wearing jeans.
College Bowls have gotten out of control. There should not be a month long bowl season. My opinion is ten bowls all played on New Year's Day except the National Championship.

Great work, Focker. If this post is any indication, 2007 looks solid. Tasteful avoidance of the Bears' quarterback situation. Sorry I couldn't make the New Year's event to laugh with you at jean-clad honeys. Show some mercy, though, not everyone can rock the Dumb-and-dumber-blue tuxedo.
