Inaugural Dump, Inaugural Post

I am taking the ski season's first good dump as an opportunity to throw down my first post on the legendary AIP blog. In the last three days, over two feet of snow has been dumped on the American West, especially in and around Colorado. A number of resorts have responded with earlier opening dates and the already open Arapahoe Basin is currently packed out with college students and unemployed people getting a piece of the October pow. Not every year you can do that. I look forward to getting a taste myself.
